To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minty Analyst EOOD and its personnel exclude liability for losses arising from use of or inability to use Minty, including lost data, messages, profits and indirect or consequential loss. You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use or infringement of others’ rights, only to the extent attributable to your conduct, not ours.
Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.
