Minty Mail is provided by Minty Analyst EOOD, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Contact: hi@mintyanalyst.com.
Your mail and device
Minty processes account details, credentials, messages, attachments, drafts and settings on your Windows computer to provide email features. It connects directly to your providers. We do not receive or synchronize your mailbox with our servers, sell mailbox data or use it for advertising.
Microsoft sign-in authorizes account identification, reading, organizing and sending mail, and continued synchronization. Other accounts use the credentials you supply. Credentials are encrypted; the mail cache is not fully encrypted by Minty. Its protection depends on your device security. The optional PIN locks the interface.
Your controls
You can change caching and notification settings, remove accounts and revoke provider access. Removing an account deletes local records; cached files are cleared during maintenance. Server mail is unaffected. To erase all local data, choose data removal when uninstalling, or quit Minty and delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\MintyMail. Manage exports and backups separately.
External services
Sending mail shares it with your provider and recipients. Remote images can reveal your IP address and that a message was opened; they normally load outside Spam. Notifications may show message details. GitHub update checks disclose connection metadata and the app version, not mailbox data. Microsoft WebView2, mail providers and download services including Gumroad apply their own privacy policies.
Website and enquiries
These pages have no analytics or tracking cookies. Your theme preference is saved in your browser. SuperHosting.BG hosts our website and email and processes technical logs and backups. Contacting us shares the information you supply. The main website’s contact form follows that website’s privacy information.
We use this information to operate and secure the website and respond to requests, based on legitimate interests or steps you request in connection with a contract. We retain it only as needed for these purposes, follow-up, disputes or legal obligations; hosting backups expire through the provider’s backup cycle. Access is limited to relevant personnel and service providers, or legally required disclosures. Transfers outside the EEA require applicable lawful safeguards.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact us above, or complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority. We cannot access or erase local mail remotely. Changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date.
