Document processing

PDF reading, editing, form filling, import, OCR, redaction and certificate operations run on your Windows computer. Minty PDF does not upload document contents to Minty Analyst for these operations. OCR is optional and runs only when you request it, using the included English and Bulgarian models.

Local files and settings

The app keeps settings, a recent-file list and recovery copies locally. File paths and document contents may therefore remain on your device. Protect your Windows account, keep backups, and review local recovery files when handling sensitive documents. Certificates and private keys remain subject to Windows and your certificate provider; USB tokens may require their driver and PIN dialog.

Update checks and downloads

Startup and Help → Check for updates query the public Minty PDF release feed on GitHub. Network services receive connection metadata such as your IP address. Document contents are not sent as part of update checks. An available update opens a download link; the app does not silently install updates.

Gumroad handles checkout and delivery, including free downloads and optional contributions. GitHub hosts release files. These services process data under their own privacy policies: Gumroad and GitHub.

This landing page

This page does not include an analytics script, advertising tracker or embedded checkout. It stores your light/dark preference in your browser’s local storage. Website hosting may retain ordinary access logs. When you follow a download or contact link, the destination’s privacy policy applies.

Contact and requests

If you contact us, we receive the information you send and use it to respond. Please avoid attaching sensitive documents unless needed. Use our Get in touch section for requests about information you have shared with us. For website-wide practices, see the Minty Analyst privacy policy.
